January 2017, I decided to stop pushing off New Year Resolutions and make a change. Who would’ve known that the next two years would only consisted of compulsive calorie counting, MyFitnessPal App and the Gym. Anyone can do it! I started off with 10 minute workout videos on YouTube and slowly progressed my way up. 25 minutes on the treadmill 4-5 times a week, and eating less than 2,000 calories a day has led me to my 110lbs weight loss and counting.
